LettuceB grows specialty lettuce and Asian greens in a fully controlled deep water culture greenhouse — soil-free, pesticide-shielded, and consistent from the first harvest to the last.
Deep water culture means every head grows with its roots suspended directly in oxygenated, nutrient-balanced water — no soil, no seasonal disruption, no dependence on outdoor weather.
The system runs on hydroponic engineering from Profit-agro, a commercial growing technology manufacturer, making the Murrieta site one of the more advanced small-scale hydroponic operations in the region.
Grown inside a fully controlled greenhouse environment, the produce is shielded from pests and weather — delivering the same size, quality, and flavor in every harvest, month after month.
Salanova, romaine, lollo, and Batavia lettuces alongside four pak choi varieties — grown fresh in rotation, harvested to order. Photos are from our own Murrieta greenhouse, shown by lettuce type.

Every LettuceB harvest is checked by hand before it leaves the greenhouse — size, color, and crispness confirmed head by head, not by sample.
That's the advantage of a small-scale operation: the same controlled DWC system that keeps produce consistent year-round also keeps the growing process close, so quality never has to be assumed.
